SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages Perkhaus sends to verify your mobile number. Perkhaus is operated by PERKHAUS LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. What we send

When you sign in to Perkhaus with your mobile number, or add or change the number on your account, we text you a one-time verification code. We don't send marketing messages by text.

2. How you agree to receive them

You agree to receive these messages when you enter your mobile number in the Perkhaus app or at app.perk-haus.com and tap the button to get a code. The screen reads: "By continuing, you agree to receive a one-time verification code by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel."

3. How often

We text you only when you request a code: one message per request.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Perkhaus doesn't charge for these messages.

5. Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any of our messages to stop receiving them. You'll get one message confirming that you've opted out. Reply START to receive codes again. While you're opted out, we can't send you sign-in codes by text.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any of our messages, or email support@perk.haus.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We use your mobile number to verify your identity and protect your account. We don't sell your mobile number, and we don't share it, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The service providers that deliver our messages and run our sign-in use your number only to provide that service.
